After some re-reading, my previous posts on the Bayesian
interpretation of AdaBoost have been kind of cryptic. It's no wonder
because I've been writing them as I was understanding things, so they
came out as more of a personal reminder rather than the general
explanation. But I've got around and wrote another version as a
whitepaper, that goes all the way from scratch and hopefully is much
